PUTTER ORDERS
If you have any questions or special requests, please send a message for design approval before placing your order.
Once your order is placed, Rush Kane will contact you within 24 hours to confirm all specifications and project details.
Order Process:

Reply to the order confirmation email with clear PHOTOS of your putter.

Finishing time is approximately 4-5 weeks.
You’ll receive progress updates and/or final photos once your putter is complete, for final approval. -
Shipping:

US Customers - round-trip shipping included (to and from Rush Kane)

Insurance + Signature required (shipping costs start at $40 for base models)

International customers are responsible for mailing their putter in.

Full shipping instructions will be provided after order confirmation.

After details are finalized, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you (if you are a US customer).

All putters must be shipped HEAD ONLY (no shafts or grips attached) unless otherwise approved in advance.
CUSTOM ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to book and begin any custom work.
The remaining balance is due before beginning any work.
Scope of Work
Each project will be executed according to the agreed-upon scope discussed at the time of order.
Significant changes to the project after work has begun may result in additional charges or extended timelines.
Restoration Disclaimer
When restoring previously altered or damaged putters, results are limited by the condition of the original material.
While Rush Kane uses the highest level of craftsmanship, we cannot guarantee complete cosmetic restoration if the structural integrity has been previously compromised.
Artistic Integrity
Custom work by Rush Kane is a reflection of his skill, style, and artistic judgment.
By commissioning work, clients trust the process and agree to reasonable creative discretion regarding final finishes and outcomes.
Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times are provided at the time of order but may vary based on project complexity and workload.
Rush Kane is committed to quality over speed and will communicate if unexpected delays arise.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom projects once work has begun.
Communication
Clear, respectful communication is expected throughout the project process.
Rush Kane reserves the right to decline or discontinue work with clients who engage in disrespectful behavior or fail to meet agreed-upon terms.
