Ordering a custom putter should feel as smooth as sinking a 20-footer for birdie. To keep things simple (and save us all some back-and-forth), here’s your step-by-step guide.
Before You Reach Out

✔ Always include photos of your putter — from various angles. No photos = no quote.
✔ Metal Matters → We only work on stainless steel and carbon steel putters. No aluminum head, face inserts must be approved, no painted or heavily coated head (Scotty Cameron Triple Black).
Step 1 – Share Your Vision
Do you have a color, finish, or tour mod in mind? Email your ideas with clear photos of your putter. Rush will review condition and confirm what’s possible.
Step 2 – Place Your Order
Once your order is placed, Rush will confirm all specs, materials, and project details within 24 hours.
Step 3 – Ship Your Putter Head

Ship in putter Head Only, we don't work with shafts (unless approved by RK). See below video on how to remove the shaft on your own.

US Customers → Round-trip shipping is included. We’ll email you a prepaid label that includes insurance + signature. The price of the shipping is dependent on the value of the putter and work being done.

International Customers → You’ll ship to us; we’ll handle return. Instructions provided after confirmation.
⚠ Important: Ship head only (no shafts or grips) unless Rush approves otherwise.
Step 4 – The Build

Standard mods: 4–6 weeks

Full custom: 6-8+ weeks
