Deposits are non-refundable and valid for 6 months, securing your spot in the queue. They will be applied to your final invoice.
Full payment must be made before any work begins.
**Deposits are only refundable if we are unable to take on your project, minus any merchant/service fees of 4%.
Note: If your putter has PVD coating or plating (exterior finish), an additional $100 fee will apply for removal.
If your putter is carbon steel, it will also require a new plating finish. See below for additional options.
After your order is placed, Rush will contact you within one business day to review your putter and confirm final details. You’ll then receive your remaining invoice. Once paid, you’ll be issued a shipping label.

Custom Modifications - Deposit
For US customers, custom order shipping is $60 To/From for standard putters or will be higher based on the value of your putter. This includes insurance/signature. Ship your putter HEAD ONLY. Once order is placed and all details are confirmed, a shipping label will be emailed to you.
If you would prefer to provide shipping labels, you are more than welcome to. Include this in your order details.If outside of the US, you will be sent details for mailing in your putter HEAD ONLY. Choose options FOREGOLFMODSONLY on shipping. Final invoice will include any additional charges if shipping is higher based on your area.
