SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of purchase if readily available. Customer will receive email with tracking information. 

 

PFERD products are shipped directly from the supplier within 7 days of when the order is placed if readily available, unless otherwise specified on product page. Pferd products can be backordered even if shown "in stock" up to 10 weeks. Quickly send an inquiry on stock in the chat box.

OTC Daihen [RKX220] will be shipped within 25-30 days of when the order is placed, directly from the supplier. 

 

CK Worldwide products are shipped directly from the supplier if located in the US. A separate tracking number will be emailed. All other countries will be shipped from Kane Industries and will add an extra 5 days to delivery time. 

 

Holidays may affect shipping times, orders could take up to 5+ days longer to receive during these times. Please send a message if you haven't received your order.

US SHIPPING
US shipping will take 3-5 days to receive via USPS.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
International shipping transit will take 4-9 days to receive via UPS/DHL/Fedex. Check your country to see what options are available to you. Please note: custom duties are paid by customer. If you need your item quicker, please email contact@kaneindustries.co for price differences. 

 

Shipping times may be faster depending on the location.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Kane Industries products (excluding stickers and Vault Sales) may be returned within 20 days of purchase in unused, original condition if located in the US. If you are located outside of the US, please email contact@kaneindustries.co. For CK Worldwide, OTC and Pferd, restrictions apply, email for inquiries.

Unused Damaged Goods will be replaced immediately once a return form is submitted with the return shipping label provided by Kane Industries. If there are any issues, reach out to contact@kaneindustries.co for help. 

 

Return/Exchange products must be in original condition with hang tags/labels intact - used, worn, washed, tested, or damaged (by customer) products will not be accepted. All product tags, labels, and packaging must be returned undamaged (within reason) with the goods in order for them to be restocked and resold. Return for refund: customer is responsible for shipping costs. Return for exchange of new size (same product): shipping label will be provided by Kane Industries. RESTOCK FEE of 15% will be deducted from return amount for all of the following goods: PFERD, CK Worldwide.

 

Do not mail in returns without first submitting a return form.
